Beverly Cleary looms large in our house because my grandson is a huge fan - really huge - of Henry Huggins. We read the entire series over the last year during our reading time together at his bedtime. He laughs out loud at Henry's antics.
She brought joy to little children everywhere. May she rest in peace.
