I think this is about right. I have no idea whether Trump won or lost. There's a lot of anecdotal evidence that something fishy was going on - but anecdotes are not, by themselves, evidence.  It's time for Trump's lawyers to put forth their evidence. If it turns out they've been overstating their case then what they've done is worse than stupid.  If they actually HAVE the evidence, they need to produce it.

The question is not whether there was some degree of fraud. No doubt there always is. The dispositive question is whether the shenanigans were sufficient to change the electoral outcome.

Time to pony up.
