Well, we know what THIS person did I've never known anyonw who is all that fast in waders It's all about incentives Sooo true. Especially in south Texas. Anyone who is surprised by this is hopelessly naive. They'll steal them anyway because everyone knows that benefits come from the benefit fairy. Oh, there's lots of science they don't believe in.
