Carl Trueman has become one of the most important thinkers of our time, where Christianity is concerned. Here he discusses, among other things, the temptation toward cultural accommodation exhibited by the evangelical elite. By "cultural accommodation", he means the temptation to curry favor with those who hate us. From this article:
