Tim Keller has been kind of off in the weeds on some of the current social justice hysteria. He wants to redefine obligatory "charity" as a matter of "justice" to the poor.

The problem, of course, is that this transforms the very nature and concept of sacrifice - which carries implications for our understanding of the gospel. This article offers an interesting take on these issues.
