The teeth gnashing is because the left hates having to compete on the merits of their ideas.

I find the above graphic so interesting. John Hinderaker comments on the puzzling reaction to the Roe decision. Even at the state level, the United States has far more pro-abortion laws than Europe.  Whence comes all the leftist gnashing of teeth?
