It's going to come out, I suspect, that Twitter has been egregiously violating SEC reporting requirements. It may also come out that it's almost entirely coopted by government interests. Time will tell. But the timing of this most recent revelation, given the impending lawsuit between Twitter and Elon Musk, is...delicious.
